Business problem

Ben is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the well being of the automotive sector. They wanted to increase awareness and profile at all levels of the automotive industry – from the boardroom of manufacturers to the shop floor of an independent garage and then provide a greater level of support and care for everyone connected with the industry – whilst at the same time raising the £12M+ a year to keep the business operating.

Experiences that matter

After deciding to re-brand as a ‘not-for-profit’ organisation rather than a charity, we created a number of stories around the core proposition, SUPPORT FOR LIFE. Each of the stories supported a key aspect of their holistic offer, covering: Mental Health, Physical health, Financial Health and Social Health. These stories are a crucial way of disseminating the right information to the right audience, across a number of channels and media.

Business transformation

From the launch of the new brand and digital platform we created in autumn 2016, Ben has transformed the way to works with the industry and is starting to provide more help to more employees than ever before, whilst at the same time, developing new support services, all designed to make Ben become an integral part of the automotive industry.
